Delivery options

Standard delivery – We deliver directly to your home or office in Cape Town. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout. The delivery fee is R80 for all orders in Cape Town. DSV Couriers are used at a flat rate of R 120 for all orders. The Main Centres include: Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria.

Order processing

Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for completion of order before delivery, we do offer an express fee at 20% of full order amount.

Delivery time frame

Our delivery times are within 5 - 7 working days for main city centres and within 7 - 10 working days for outlying areas. Your products will be delivered during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Payment options

Payment via credit card or debit card

Coffee & Confetti accepts credit card and chipped debit/cheque card payment via Visa and MasterCard only. We make use of the 3D-Secure authentication system to verify cardholder details with your bank; this links you directly to your bank via a secure link. The transaction then takes place within your bank’s secure environment and we won’t have access to any of your card details. You can rest assured that your card details will by no means be available to, or accessible by, us or any third parties. When you return a purchase, the specified amount will be credited back to your bank account after it has been approved.

EFT (electronic funds transfer)

This payment method requires the customer to transfer money directly from his/her account into Coffee & Confetti's bank account.

If you select EFT, our EFT details will be displayed along with instructions. You will also receive a pro-forma invoice with all the applicable details to make payment.

All bank deposit EFT’s require proof of payment to be sent to koffie.konfetti@gmail.com before your order will be processed. If payment does not reflect for an EFT transaction we may request proof of payment to be sent before your order is processed.

Instant EFT

Instant EFT is a service offered by PayFast and enables buyers to make payments via ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank. The electronic funds transfer (EFT) gets verified instantly. No two day waiting period, no proof of payment required and no disclosing of financial information.
